The Quest Center offers a community environment for entrepreneurs where you'll feel right at home. As you face those critical decisions that are a natural part of starting and nurturing a new business, you can be assured you won't have to face them alone.

At the Quest Center, you have access to the experience of other entrepreneurs who have successfully worked through the early stages of starting a business, and Quest's business associates are available to provide business planning guidance and financial planning free of charge for the residents of Reno County, Kansas.

Team Members

DanDan Ledeboer became the Director of the Quest Center in 2006. Dan has over 15 years of business experience and has successfully started and operated two companies of his own. He has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Masters of Business Administration in Management from Kansas State University.

Dan's academic background and real-world business experience make him an outstanding resource for small business owners and for aspiring entrepreneurs who wish to start small businesses.

RonRon Hirst joined the Quest Center in 2006 as the Economic Development Specialist. In 2005, the Reno County Growth Coalition adopted the Blue Print for Growth, an economic plan that focuses on the expansion and retention of small businesses throughout Reno County. Ron's position at Quest was created from the recommendations of the Blue Print for Growth.

When you ask Ron about a business idea, he'll be able to tell you about the local market, whether anyone has tried your idea in the past, and if they failed or succeeded.

NickiNicki Dame joined the Quest Center in 1990 as the services administrator. Nicki's ability to multi-task and, at the same time, keep everyone happy and relaxed has earned her high marks from everyone at the Quest Center. Of her many talents, she is well known for speed, accuracy, and customer service when helping the Quest Center's tenants and the entrepreneurs who rely on the Quest Center.

Simply put, Nicki helps keep the Quest Center running smoothly and efficiently.
